Having served on the Board and in the Chairman’s role, Serg understands intimately the needs of our customers to partner with TGT and the need for the TGT business to continually source ways to assist our local customers through strength of service and innovation.
Mark Anders
Finance Manager
Mark is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He holds an MBA and has more than 30 years of accountancy experience. He has extensive management and accountancy experience across multiple industries, including managing major financial improvement projects overseas. Mark is a long-term resident of the Atherton Tablelands and is sincerely committed to seeing TGT and its many valued clients continue to grow.

A country boy possessing an extensive background in livestock and Rural requirements for all size properties. Runs a very close-knit team all aimed to assist our partners.
Josh enjoys the camping and fishing the area provides.

Clinton Eales was raised locally and understands the agricultural needs of our valued customers. Working from the Reynolds Street branch, bringing an abundance of logistical, trade and retail experience. Clinton and the team at Reynolds Street are dedicated to customer service and are always willing to go that extra mile to satisfy our key business partners looking after their needs.

Henry has been associated with the construction industry for more than 28 years. He brings that experience and knowledge to hardware store management, which he has been doing for the last 10 years. He understands the needs and expectations of all customers, builders,
trades and DIY enthusiasts.

Clint comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in logistics, transport and management spanning 30 years. More recently, Clint has moved into the management of trade hardware and understands the unique and specific needs of all clientele across the Tablelands. Delivering quality customer service is his main priority and building a positive, strong and cohesive team to deliver outcomes is something that Clint values and takes pride in.

I'm excited to have recently joined the TGT team in 2023 as an agronomist and soil scientist. I completed my studies in South Africa in 2012 and bring a passion for collaborating directly with growers to identify and address the challenges they encounter. My goal is to develop effective solutions that enhance their overall operations. Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my family, enjoying outdoor activities, and fishing.

I was born and raised in Mareeba and am a proud third-generation farmer in the area. Over the years, our family farm has cultivated a diverse range of crops, including tobacco, limes, lemons, mangoes, avocados, and lychees. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from James Cook University. I thoroughly enjoy working in the local area and building lasting relationships within the community. In my downtime, I'm an avid fisherman and enjoy spending time camping.

With over five years of experience in the field, Sam Herrmann is a dedicated agronomist with a passion for sustainable farming practices. Specialising in mangoes, avocados, and cucurbits, Sam offers expertise in optimising fertiliser requirements and managing pest challenges to ensure healthy, high-yielding crops. In addition to his professional work, Sam also owns and operates a small lychee farm, further deepening his practical understanding of agriculture. At 28, Sam brings fresh perspectives, innovation, and a hands-on approach to every project, committed to helping farmers and clients achieve success with tailored agronomy solutions.

Nico is a driven and dynamic agricultural scientist with a passion for finding sustainable and innovative solutions that optimize yields and contribute to food security. Raised on a farm in the Northern Cape, South Africa, Nico's passion for agriculture led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy and Soil Science, followed by an Honours degree in Agronomy. He is committed to working towards profitability for all stakeholders by implementing new scientific developments and recommending best practices. Nico recently welcomed a baby boy to his family and is enjoying fatherhood.
